What we learned shipping a CEP extension to real studios

A creative tool update should never be a gamble. Every Ghostae release ships with a published checksum, an unattended install flag and a rollback script that restores the previous build.

Studios asked for the boring things first: predictable paths, no admin prompts mid-render, and logs they can read.

The result is an update process an assistant editor can run on ten machines before lunch.
